Mega Workout

This hour-long class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This class combines full-body strength training with fun music and dancing to improve your overall wellness and clear your mind before you start your busy day! These fun and energetic workout sessions are fun for the entire family.

Mega workout is part of the free Plaza Movement Series and meets Monday and Thursdays at 9am on the Plaza. Class instructions are in both English and Spanish.
