With multiple interactive water features spraying, splashing, and surprising you from every angle, it’s basically a giant invitation to cool off and play the day away!

Kids can run wild in the water while parents kick back, catch up with friends, and soak in the sunshine. And because no perfect summer afternoon is complete without good eats, you’re only steps away from your favorite downtown cafés and eateries — iced coffee in hand, good vibes all around.

Bring the whole family, bring your friends, or just bring your inner child. The Splash Pad is where summer in Caldwell comes to life.

Splash pads do not require a reservation, it is open to the public. Seating on the Plaza is limited to a first come first serve basis. Although the splash pads are on daily, they are turned off early for most events, unless specifically noted.

How Does the Splash Pad Work?

Our water cycling process is a water‑saving machine, recycling about 75% of the water used on the Splash Pad. Everything flows into a 5,000‑gallon underground tank on Kimball Ave, where it gets the spa treatment: big sand filters, a precise splash of chlorine from our ChemTrol system, and maintains a steady pH between 7 and 8.

From there, the water takes one more victory lap through six powerful UV filters that zap any stubborn bacteria. Our team checks the system throughout the day to keep the fountain fresh, clean, and fun. Jump right in and enjoy the splash!
