YOUTH VENDORS SOME BASIC SELLER GUIDELINES:
-Anything is welcome, but handmade products are preferred.
-All items must be something that your child can sell by themselves.
-Absolutely NO selling of adult business merchandise will be permitted (ie., Tupperware, Scentsy, Lularoe, Mary Kay etc)
-Food sells are permitted; however you must obtain the proper permits through the health department to sell them. (If you are selling cottage foods, ie-cookies, brownies, jams, etc, the permit is FREE). Keep in mind that creativity sells, so common baked foods may not be as successful at the market. Be creative!
-All children must do the interacting, marketing and selling of products. Parents may be present to ensure proper counting of change, etc., but parents may not “run” the booth.
-Sales tax will be required to be paid to the State of Idaho for all sales made at each booth. An email will be sent to all participants 2 weeks prior to the market to register with the state for the event.
Cinco De Mayo
We are back with our annual Cinco de Mayo event! There will be plenty of spicy food and energetic dancing plus a burro, and bands. Expect one of those fast-paced events that will have your sombrero flying off in a frenzy.
Grab your friends and join us for some fiesta fun at Indian Creek Plaza on Cinco de Mayo. Food, entertainment, and delicious beverages! There will also be a taco taste-off competition so be sure to bring your taste buds.

Idaho's Wild West Brewfest
This ain’t yer average brew fest, it’s an old-timey rendezvous with the cowpoke spirits who once walked historic Caldwell’s dirt streets. This western-themed festival features everything we love about the wild west; beer, country music, and the country way of living. So, grab your spurs (costumes encouraged) and wax up your mustache (yep, there’s a contest) for a rootin’ tootin’ good time!
We will have around 50 breweries on-site to sample and taste from! The Brewfest is open to all ages and is free to attend, the beer tasting tickets are strictly for purchase by persons 21+ (A Driver's License or Passport is required on the day of the event to redeem your ticket for beer tasting, you will then get a wristband verifying your age and 12 tasting tickets). Hops & Crops Festival
Did you know that 95% of all hops grown in the US come from the Pacific Northwest? Celebrate our hops and agricultural heritage at Indian Creek Plaza’s Hops & Crops Festival! Take a bus tour from the plaza to a local hop farm in Canyon County and learn more about the beer making process! Back at the plaza, you can sample a variety of local brews and ales, and hear from the farmers themselves.
With live music, Idaho brews and a hop harvest tour, this festival is the perfect blend of fun and informative. Spend an afternoon learning about our community’s vibrant agricultural history and tasting some of the best beer in the country!
Taste of Caldwell Harvest Festival
Caldwell is known for its farm fresh goods and farm to fork dining, but how do you know what you are eating or drinking is truly local? We invite you to come down to get a true taste of what Caldwell has to offer!
There is so much more than meets the eye. Our roots run deep in generations of family farming and we want to share that with you! Visit with Caldwell’s farmers, ranchers and producers as well as our AgVenture Trail Members.
You can also expect there to be live music and try your hand at Chicken Drop Bingo (our version of a 50/50 raffle), while you visit with our vendors and shop around!

Indian Creek Festival
Indian Creek Festival began in 2003 as a celebration of when the first section of Indian Creek in downtown Caldwell was uncovered. What was once a small gathering in a parking lot has become a two-day festival that spans blocks in downtown Caldwell. This community event has evolved over the years and includes a car cruise, car show, chalk art contest, and a local marketplace. On Friday night the plaza features live music, also known as Oldies on the Plaza but the most anticipated event is the cardboard kayak race where teams compete to see who can build the fastest, watertight kayak out of just cardboard and duct tape.
