We can assist you in creating a memorable event for groups from 10 - 300. Rental options include Fire Pit Rentals, Stage Rentals or Full Plaza and Ice Ribbon Rentals.

FIRE PIT RENTAL PACKAGE - $300

Perfect for your child’s birthday party or a family gathering, the Fire Pit Party Package has everything you need for a fun time on the ice:

• Two-hour rental of a gas fire pit

• Seating and tables for up to 25 people

• Includes skate passes and rentals for 10 people

Please note: Fire pits must be booked at least 48 hours prior to your requested date and time. No cooking or putting items into the fire pits. Rental is for the exclusive use of the space, warmth and ambience of the fire pit area.

ICCU STAGE LOUNGE RENTAL - $500

We’ve transformed the Idaho Central Credit Union Stage into a cozy winter lounge! Surrounded by the festive magic of the holiday season, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy an evening in Downtown Caldwell. Limited rentals are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights in December and January. To reserve, complete and application and email to events@destination.com.

Rental Details:

• Two-hour rental: $500 | Additional hour: $200

• Set-up time is included within rental hours

• The stage is furnished with chairs, couches, tables, heaters, and a faux fireplace

• Seating for up to 45 people

• Optional no-host or hosted bar available at no cost with $250 minimum

• Floor plan can be arranged to accommodate space for catering upon approval

• Limited power is available – one outlet may be available (limited locations) upon request

Indian Creek Plaza and Ice Ribbon - $2,500

Whether you're planning a fun and unique corporate party, celebration, field trip, fundraiser, or special event, our Ice Ribbon & Rink is the perfect place to rent!

Ice rink rentals are available on select Mondays in December and January. To reserve, complete an application and email to events@destination.com

Rental Features Include:

• Two-hour full Plaza rental, including ice ribbon

• Includes skate pass and skate rental for all guests

• Accommodates up to 180 skaters at a time

• Use of the ICCU Stage Lounge providing additional seating for up to 45, heaters, fireplace and ice ribbon viewing area

• Access to Indian Creek Plaza fire pits and surrounding seating

• Located next to Caldwell’s one million holiday lights display

• Clean and accessible men’s and women’s restrooms

• Surrounded by restaurants and shops
