Melissa nodzu

Director of events

Need to rent the Plaza? Melissa is your girl! Melissa has extensive knowledge and experience in event management and marketing from her previous position as market director at the Capital City Public Market. She is responsible for events, vendor operations, and managing the Plaza Shoppe and staff. Catch Melissa out grabbing a cup of joe at the Flying M during her free time!


Corey turner

Director of operations, building and maintenance

Corey’s second vehicle is a Zamboni! Corey oversees the operation, mechanics, and maintenance of the plaza including the ice rink/ribbon, water features, and the Idaho Central Credit Union stage. One of Corey’s biggest projects every year is using his ‘magic’ to transform the Plaza into an ice ribbon in the winter! Corey is a jack-of-all-trades and brings years of experience to this position.


Sarah gross

marketing and communications coordinator

I’m guessing you have seen Indian Creek Plaza’s website...that’s right, Sarah put this beauty together! Sarah has an eye for design, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for creating and producing extraordinary projects. She is responsible for the production and editing of all marketing materials and collateral for Indian Creek Plaza. You may run into Sarah taking a stroll down Indian Creek when she needs a quick break!


Erin clark

administrative assistant

The first person to greet you when you walk into Indian Creek Plaza’s office is Erin! She is much more than the best administrative assistant who ever lived; Erin’s an organizational whiz, a social media and marketing specialist, an enthusiast about Downtown Caldwell, a country music lover, and a critical part of the Plaza Team!  When not in the office, this Caldwell native loves exploring the community and countryside beyond. Did we mention we don’t know what we would do without her?
