Move with us every Monday this summer at Indian Creek Plaza! From June 1 through August 31, the Monday Fitness Series brings a fresh lineup of free, community-focused fitness classes to the Plaza each week. Try something new with local instructors leading everything from Tabata, Zumba, yoga, barre, soccer drills, Jiu-Jitsu, Flamenco, cardio dance, senior balance classes, and more.

Whether you are bringing the kids, easing into movement, or ready for a high-energy workout, this series is designed to be fun, welcoming, and accessible for a variety of ages and fitness levels. Come stretch, sweat, dance, and start your week strong — on the Plaza!
