Bring your little one and their bicycle to the Bike Rodeo hosted by the City of Caldwell Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department. Your child will learn the rules of the road on a closed course as well as the importance of wearing a helmet and always following Bike Etiquette when on their bikes. Volunteers will teach children throughout the day.

This sidewalk chalk art contest has a twist! A real person must be incorporated into the drawing (the artist or another person). The ‘Pure Imagination’ Chalk the Block contest is hosted and sponsored by Caldwell Fine Arts and prizes are awarded for under 10 (1st = $25), 10 – 16 (1st = $50), and 16 to adult (1st =$100), plus gift certificates for runners-up!   Winners will be announced before the Cardboard Kayak Race at 2:00 pm. HOW TO ENTER: Entries can be dropped off at the Canyon County Extension Office, 501 Main St, Caldwell on Friday September 20th from 1:00 PM-4:30 PM or bring them to the master gardener festival booth from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM on Saturday, September 21, 2019. •    Contest is located near the 7th Street Bridge and Musical Art Park. Check in at the Caldwell Fine Arts booth.
