Downtown Caldwell bursts to life with an atmosphere that feels both celebratory and deeply rooted in Mexican heritage. The moment you enter the Plaza, lively music fills the air—mariachi trumpets, rhythmic guitars, and upbeat folklórico melodies that set the tone for the entire night.
Colorful rows of vendors line Downtown streets, offering handcrafted goods, art, and clothing that reflect the richness of Mexican heritage. Nearby, crowds gather to watch traditional dancing, where performers in bright, flowing dresses glide effortlessly across the stage, their movements echoing generations of storytelling through dance.
The scent of authentic food fills the Plaza, drawing people toward sizzling grills and bustling taco trucks. Every bite is a celebration of spices, flavors, and culinary traditions—steamy tortillas, slow-cooked meats, bold salsas, and sweet treats that make the experience unforgettable.
Most of all, Cinco de Mayo at Indian Creek Plaza is about community and family. People of all ages and cultural backgrounds come together in one place to celebrate Mexican culture and history, creating an atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming, and full of life.

Taco Lovers Unite! Taste Them All and Help Crown Caldwell's Best Tacos!
Did someone say tacos? Start prepping your taste buds now, amigos, because we’ve tracked down the best taco trucks in the valley to go head-to-head in a friendly competition. You are the judges, so come hungry and ready to crown the next winner of Taco Truck Taste-Off.
PEOPLE’S CHOICE VOTING
Guests will be able to visit one, a few, or ALL 8 Taco Taste-Off contestants. Votes will be for the trucks in general, they aren’t required to have a particular dish to be voted on, but it was recommended that they get creative and serve something special for the occasion. Voting will take place digitally via a QR code, provided on A-Frames posted throughout the event. The winner will get their name on the Taco Taste-Off trophy.

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Tables are $80 and include seating for eight. Your reservation MUST be submitted 48 hours in advance. Tables are limited on a first come first serve basis. Table reservations are non-refundable.
