SK8 Ribbon Coalition: Session 2

Destination Caldwell volunteers and Indian Creek Plaza staff have created an ice skating program, the SK8 Ribbon Coalition, to give every child the chance to gain confidence through ice skating, regardless of their ability to pay. Children in Caldwell, Canyon County, and Owyhee County areas between the ages of 12 and 16 are eligible to participate.

The skate program will be held five consecutive Saturday mornings from starting January 9, 2021 through February 6, 2021.

SESSION 1: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

SESSION 2: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

During each session, each participant will receive an ice-skating lesson, a snack and warm drink. Children who complete at least three (3) sessions and come to the final party will receive a certificate of completion and a free skate pass for future use.

Tuition for the program is $75 per skater. A limited number of scholarships are available on the basis of financial need. These scholarships have been contributed by the Caldwell community through the Local Legends and Blues on the Creek events at Indian Creek Plaza.
