The second annual Winter Solstice Market will be Saturday, December 21 from 6-10pm. This is everyone’s last dash opportunity to shop for unique gifts for the upcoming holiday - think grab-n-go, stocking stuffers and more. This is an outdoor handmade makers market. Applicants must be the grower, specialty food producer, artisan or craftsman selling their produce and wares at the event. Applications received by September 30 will be notified of their status on October 7, 2019; applications received thereafter will be reviewed within five business days of receipt space permitting.

  • Standard booth size: 8’ x 8’

  • Booth fee: $50 (includes 8 foot table)

  • Priority placement given to previous year’s participants applying before September 30

  • Participants are required to have Destination Caldwell/Indian Creek Plaza listed as an additional insured

  • All specialty food and ready to eat vendors who cook on site must contact the Caldwell Fire Dept. and pass fire inspection. Visit Caldwell Fire Dept. to review requirements and contact information.

  • All food-related vendors (ie. agriculture, wine + beer, specialty food, ready to eat) must have an application on file with Southwest Health District. Visit Southwest Health District for temporary food establishment requirements and application.

  • All participants must complete the ST-124 associated with this event per the Idaho State Tax Commission.

  • ALL supporting documentation must be submitted to events@indiancreekplaza.com.
