2019 THE GREAT DOWNTOWN PUMPKIN FESTIVAL
The Great Downtown Pumpkin Festival is an all day celebration on Saturday, October 19 from 11am-5pm. A family friendly pumpkin-centric celebration no one will want to miss! Seeking agriculture, specialty food, on site food, handmade artisans and activity focused vendors. Non-profits interested in hosting an activity are also encouraged to apply. Applications received by August 5 will be notified of their status on August 12, 2019; applications received thereafter will be reviewed within five business days of receipt space permitting.
10’ x 10’ standard booth: $50/power included*
Food truck: $100/power included*
Canopies must be weighted with a 25# weight minimum per leg
All participants are required to have Destination Caldwell/Indian Creek Plaza listed as an additional insured
All hot, on-site food providers must contact the Caldwell Fire Dept. and pass fire inspection. Visit Caldwell Fire Dept. to review requirements and contact information.
All on-site food providers must have an application on file with Southwest Health District. Visit Southwest Health District for temporary food establishment requirements and application.
All participants must complete the ST-124 associated with this event per the Idaho State Tax Commission.
